Hi there!
I would like to invite you to check out a very unique place called "The Circle of Fitness" where we are creating a community of health and wellness to build confidence, independence, and physical strength in hopes of making daily activities easier for everyone, regardless of their perceived limitations.
We provide small classes and one-on-one training that is designed especially for each individual. Every single exercise that we do can be modified and specialized for each person ensuring safety first and successful results! "The Circle" was opened this year in hopes of providing a friendly, inspirational environment to help establish fitness and dietary support for families in Central Texas in a fully inclusive and accessible environment.
I currently work with clients who range from five to 88 years old and each of them have a program designed to build their confidence and improve their health. We would sincerely appreciate you passing the word along that we are here to help people with disabilities and differences in our community.
At "The Circle" we are also always looking for opportunities to give back to the community through service, so if you ever need support or help with an event, we would love to do it. That could vary for what you need, but could include speaking to groups about health and wellness or bringing our kids program in to help with service work. We are located at 12016 US Hwy 290 West In Austin, across from the Nutty Brown Cafe. We can travel to the client or they can come to us!
You can find us at www.thecircleoffitness.com or on Facebook,

There are two kinds of gratitude: The sudden kind we feel for what we receive, and the larger kind we feel for what we give. --Edward Arlington Robinson
Over the last 4 Sunday afternoons, The Circle of Fitness and Invictus Kids have been teaming up with CHAMPS League. There have been tons of volunteers help out with these workouts to ensure that the "Champs" are having a great time, getting some exercise, and most of all tons of positive attention.
The thing about is that we (the volunteers) leave feeling inspired, enriched, and blessed as well!
The Champs League is good for everyone involved! THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE FANTASTIC VOLUNTEERS!!
What is CHAMPS League?
"A recreational multi-sport league that provides children with disabilities (ages 4-18) an opportunity to gain the skills, knowledge, and attitudes to help them live a healthy, active life.
What to expect:

What is the secret to living a happy life?
If you look at the happiest people in the world they all have a few things in common. Their happiness does not seem to be dependant upon whether they have rock-hard abs, a million dollars in the bank, or live on a beautiful island. The happiest people are those that are healthy, those that are constantly improving themselves, and those with meaningful lives. My experiences of working with people from ages 2-90 years led me to believe we could all use a place that helps people to develop the skills to be truly happy! I wanted it to be a place that offers opportunities to people of all ages and body types to feel emence success and somewhere that inspires its members to become strong internally and externally!
So, I created The Circle...
Working out in a gym obviously provides the activity to be healthy and strong externally, but my goal was not to just have activity, but to have it be purposeful and beneficial. Not every body is the same, we all have different struggles, strengths, and schedules, so The Circle was created with that in mind. We are not like any other gym that you have visited. We have heart. We want you to be pushed to new limits but not at the expense of hurting yourself. We will listen to your limitations, work around them, and figure out ways to achieve your goals! We want to provide you with the tools, the resources, and the support to make healthy changes. We will stay on top of the latest research and findings to be your knowledgable source for health and nutrition to help give you guidance. We will gladly share any tips and tricks for things that we have seen work for us and other clients, but we will not lead you on dead-end crash diets or dangerous health experiments.
The Circle will foster a positive environment where everyone is welcomed, respected, and a very valuable member of the team. We hope to be a place where everyone feels safe to try new things and challenge themselves to reach new heights. We hope that each workout empowers and inspires you to be better in all aspects of your life. We are a team that supports, encourages, and cares about each other. Not only do we build teamwork through workouts, but also through phillanthropy. "Remember that the happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more!" H. Jackson Brown
Our service opportunities are widely varied from sorting food at the food bank, to scraping algae at Barton Springs, and painting faces at a kids fair. As healthy able-bodied individuals, we offer our hands to give back, to share the experience of life with others, and to create pride for our community. Our culture seems to be very intrinsic, where we are constantly focused on ourselves and rarely do we feel like we have the time to consider others or personally connect. The service that we do builds empathy and helps others immensely, but it also is crucial in the plan to strengthen ourselves from the inside out. The Circle hopes to create invaluable opportunities for you, your family, and your neighbors to forget about your stressful lives and to take a second to consider others. We find the organizations, figure out the needs, and then offer you different ways to be impactful, without you having to do the legwork.
The Circle is a gym, but not like your other gym. It is a place that offers numerous opportunities for you to be the best you that you can be!
